DAY PASS & PACKAGES - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Hours
Our coworking space is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Bookings are only valid during these hours.

Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official booking system. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is successfully submitted.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge up until 9:00 PM the day before your scheduled visit.
Cancellations after this time may not be refunded.

Use of Space
The space is intended for professional work and collaboration.
Please respect other users and maintain a quiet, professional environment.
No illegal or unsafe activities are permitted on the premises.

Guests & Visitors
Only registered users are permitted in the coworking space.
Guests must be registered in advance and are subject to approval.

Liability
The coworking space is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Users are responsible for their own safety and the security of their belongings.

Facilities & Equipment
Users are expected to leave the space and equipment as found.
Any damage or loss caused by the user may incur a repair or replacement fee.

Payment
Payment must be made at the time of booking.
Any outstanding balances may result in the suspension of booking privileges.

Behaviour & Conduct
Users must act respectfully toward staff, other members, and property.
The management reserves the right to deny access or remove any individual for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

Use of Packs
Any purchased booking packages must be used within 365 days of the date of purchase.
Unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable.
Please note that packages are non-refundable.

MEMBERSHIPS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis from the date of purchase and automatically renew each month unless cancelled. Payments are processed automatically using the payment method on file.
Failure of payment may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved.

Cancellation & Changes
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your account or by contacting us. Once cancelled, access remains active until the end of the current paid period and no further charges will be made after cancellation.

Bookings
Desks must still be booked via the booking system for part time memberships.
Full time memberships will have access to a permanent desk.

Part Time Membership (2 Days per Week)
Part time memberships include access for up to 2 days per week during the current billing period (you can also be flexible with this each week, e.g. scheduling 3 days one week, 1 day another as long as it averages out to 2 days/week).
This membership does not mean you have the same permanent desk, you must still book your desk before each visit.
Unused days do not roll over to future months.
Days cannot be transferred or shared.

Full Time Membership (5 Days per Week)
Full time memberships include access for up to 5 days per week during the current billing period.
You will be able to choose a permanent desk during this membership.
Unused days do not roll over to future months.
Days cannot be transferred or shared.
